Managing the technical break/fix and deployed technology for a business production environment; Configuring, maintaining and supporting the LAN/WAN/WLAN environment and network applications; Managing end user access according to the established security standards.
Leads the long term program planning effort, including the overall implementation strategy, scope of deliverables and delivery dates, definition of major program/project milestones, and cost/benefit. Ensures alignment with strategy, operational objectives, policy and standards - identify and leverage synergies to other initiatives.
Develops and maintains portfolio of IT Service Management policies and operating procedures. Works with the Directors and Managers of IT establishing processes and policies to build a high-performing organization.
