Develop a strong, working technical knowledge of entire Imaging product portfolio, scientific applications involved and end markets;present and defend price, credit, and T&Cs in accordance with standard procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes a large, pre-existing customer base; understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Handles internal and external customer inquiries, claims and complaints; interprets policies and regulations, investigates problems; and communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions.
Experience with leading digital initiatives in consumer electronics such as Agile Product Development, Systems Thinking, Smarter Manufacturing, Next Generation Supply Chain, Industrial4.0 Frameworks, Quality Management and Plant/Shop Floor Optimization.
This position is responsible for the sale and support of the company products in central United States using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to increase sales and provide ongoing account management.
Manage a complex customer relationship/model by understanding the customers business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, and enhancing the sale and managing growth within a specific geographic region.
