The ERP Systems Analyst II works as a liaison between Accounting and/or Supply Chain Management personnel and IT to provide second tier systems support, data reporting and analysis, and project leadership in order to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of ERP systems users and customers of systems information.
Responsible for technology strategy, development and support of the technology portfolio supporting critical Asset Management, Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management, SDLC, and IT Service Management (ITSM) enterprise operations.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and reporting monthly performance reports, quarterly financial forecasts, and annual operating budgets. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory across the entire supply chain consisting of several contract manufacturers. This position is key in ensuring compliance to financial policies and providing leadership to improve business processes and performance.
Defines requirements for workflow management tools to support ongoing data loading; creates routine internal performance reports to effectively communicate status, risk, and return to all stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the financial results of existing field financial programs, including Agency Development Allowance (ADA) subsidies and loans, advisor financing plans and compensation programs, to maintain return on investment and appropriate risk/reward balance.
Assists in developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective. Analyzes and evaluates user needs, and partners with the business line to develop requirements.
