The Maintenance & Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of maintenance activities, projects and personnel, focusing on improving operations and facilities while minimizing costs.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and manage operating expense budgets for relevant sites including monthly variance reports; manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will directly manages all environmental, health and safety activities that are required by OSHA, EPA, DOT and provincial/state regulations; compile and submit accident reports required by regulatory agencies; develop and present improvement opportunities to top management; implement approved changes.
This position supports facilities, health and safety activities for CPC in the Twin Cities. This individual will work closely with our office manager in the development and implementation of all building-related programs and procedures that support the facilities standards of clean, safe, and in good working order.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide day to day directions to direct reports, services as a site safety officer, is responsible for regulatory compliance, and serves as a resource to patient care staff and to medical center administration.
