In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
The member service representative serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing account information, opening and closing of accounts, account ownership changes, purchase and surrender of certificates of deposit, IRAs, notary services, and other services as needed. Professionally handles the member's daily credit union needs. Serves as a backup in the teller and receptionist area.
The purpose of this position is to provide a single point of contact within HealthPartners/GHI Human Resources Department where HealthPartners/GHI customers (employees) can obtain prompt and accurate information about Human Resources products and services and to perform specialized data entry transactions on the Human Resources Information System.
In this role, the selected candidate will
provide first level support for internal company employees as well as external customers; responsible for problem recognition and resolution, often using specialized help desk computer programs and databases.
