The Compensation Analyst provides compensation and analytical support to the compensation function; evaluate new jobs for appropriate job title and salary range, typically at the non-exempt and non-management exempt levels.
In this role, you will be responsible to
design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes.
This position will be responsible for researching, developing, and evaluating sales compensation strategies and structures, assessing behavior and cultural impact, revenue generation and impact to the organization and its customers. The position is also accountable for sales compensation accuracy and reporting.
