Provide a supportive environment for the Client Development team by coaching, mentoring, motivating and developing them; develop and improve processes to effectively manage Client Development and your team.
In this role, you will be responsible for oversee current relationships with clients, making appropriate recommendations regarding the design and administration of institutional and/or corporate trust accounts.
Responsible for the complete administration of corporate accounts involving trusts, agencies and estates to include recommendations based upon analysis performed. Represents the bank to clients and external service providers.

The National Marketing Manager will work directly with the VP Marketing and PCR leaders to develop and implement a national marketing strategy that supports business line goals.
