In this role, the successful candidate will provide support to customers of multi-platform production systems within client/server and mainframe environments communicate problems either orally or in writing to the shift supervisor or team.
The successful it support engineer will be responsible for utilizing his / her skills to provide assistance to the operations team in resolving technical problems within the fulfillment center that cover a multitude of technical disciplines.
The Application Support Engineer will make independent, creative, and technical contributions to managing and maintaining applications within the HSA Bank infrastructure. Configure, monitor and champion improvements in collaboration with application support peers, platform support and application development to ensure the integrity of the application environment (monitor performance, predict requirements, implement changes, etc.).
In this position, you will support, Install, maintain, and troubleshoot standard PC hardware and peripherals, local data center / servers support and software applications, including burglar, card access system, telecommunications systems, presentation systems and network infrastructure for local site. Resolve user and system problems.
This position will provide important technical product and system support to internal staff and external customers. Participate in semi-complex product support to customers remotely via telephone, e-mail, & fax and documents accordingly.
