involve direct supervision of a production team, managing and meeting daily production goals and collaborating with other departments to improve productivity, increase efficiency and resolve process issues that may arise.
The Planning Supervisor, Workforce Management (WFM) oversees a team of Planning Analysts responsible for short-term forecasting and schedule optimization across the Contact Centers and other supported groups.
Working with the team lead to manage day to day activities and executes against department policies, procedures, and standards of behaviors to create an overall safe, organized, clean, ergonomic, and healthy work environment.
Manage and supervise the employees on the designated shift; ensure the highest of quality and standards are being met within the facility; perform routine preventative maintenance tasks and safety inspections.
Reviews and approves journal entries for staff; performs monthly review of account reconciliations, reviews monthly workbooks for various error reported by BCS, prepares quarterly balance sheet review worksheets, and provides guidance to staff as necessary.
Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability to ensure each employee performs their job following manufacturing, equipment and safety procedures and requirements to consistently produce good results.
Ensure that each staff member understands and works towards achievement of their process service deliverables, and position roles and responsibilities by managing front end task distribution of customer requirements and requests through resource planning and service delivery tracking.
Manage top tier client to help grow their email marketing business. Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, including status report generation, weekly meetings/calls, monthly meetings, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, billing, strategy sessions, Quarterly account/benchmark reviews, and first level escalations.
