This person will be responsible for 35 maintenance personnel in four Milwaukee-area plants, the largest of which employs about 700 people. This person will be responsible for a maintenance budget of about $3MM, which does not include expansions, roof repairs, or utilities upgrades.
The Project Superintendent will be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and performance of all project disciplines in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes but not limited to on-site coordination, safety, scheduling, construction quality control, cost management, labor management, equipment procurement and delivery, and on-site client contact.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for appropriate crew and crew sizes. Manage, discipline and make ultimate decisions regarding the retention of personnel that are staffing work crews.
The Superintendent will accept overall responsibility of the assigned project site and the daily activities of contractors working on the site to exceed the expectations of the client, both external and internal.
