The Broker Services Account Manager is responsible for owning relationships with Ticket Brokers at executive and operating team levels with the dual objective of providing exceptional service and driving Ticketmaster Resale revenue and profit goals through a focus on building ticket inventory levels at competitive prices.
In this role, the selected candidate participates in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information in a timely manner, participating in follow-up discussions and developing action plans to address any negative comments.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare sales proposals by quoting pricing, establishing credit terms, and estimated date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the companys production/delivery schedules and logistics.
In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors (product, reimbursement needs, etc.) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
In this role, the selected candidate coordinates with clients, relationship managers, and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating the communication strategy for an advertising campaign. This includes targeting the right audience, as well as setting the tone and message of the concept in order to allow for the development of relevant and on-brief creative.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with internal departments relative to customer successes, customer failures, new customer developments and other customer specific information.
