Call on top channel partners, existing direct accounts and new OEM's to acquire new business; identify new customer opportunities and determine needed resources to close new business and generate additional revenue.
Responsible for prioritizing and driving enhancements within the accounts payable function, while partnering with management in developing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Participates with interviewing process as needed. Knowledge of ATS required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks and interacting with various levels of the organization.
The Senior Post Sales Engineer will interface with various levels of management and multiple internal work groups and organizations to lead and direct customer service improvements, resolve customer service problems and issues, and act as the primary technical resource to the customer.
Work with Area senior management and their direct management to develop qualified prospect lists; this will be absolutely critical so goals are aligned; and so their many demands are prioritized properly.
