The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst is responsible for developing the necessary inventory plans and supply requests to meet availability goals of General Merchandise (GM) for a defined geography over the operational timeline associated with that product line (next 12-24 months).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention through regular communication and interaction. Enhance customer service through continual execution of TCF's service model, with strong communications with Manufacturers outside sales team.
Manage their businesses and advise clients with speed, accuracy and efficiency. Our key customers include accounting firms, corporate tax and auditing departments, national and state government agencies, universities and libraries.
