Develop circulation strategies and plans related to New Movers. Communicate key results and trends of New Movers programs, as well as industry best practices. Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on campaign results and goals.
Manage HSA Bank strategic third party vendor relationships by acting as liaison between business unit and supplier. Ensure vendor compliance and risk mitigation through appropriate governance processes.
Manages relationships with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Responsible for managing a team responsible for delivering estate and fiduciary advise as part of a comprehensive wealth management team. Develops, manages, retains and grows Personal Trust account relationships.
Maintains global view of ITL roadmap. Participates in forecasting and long-term planning, implements long-term plans, uses non-traditional/creative approaches to problem-solving, recommends new or revised standards, policies, etc. in areas of responsibilities. Ensures all assigned projects follow the appropriate project and portfolio management processes.
The Vendor Relationship Manager works together with the vendor Account Management teams and other key vendor resources to ensure Service Levels, AHT, and areas of Customer Satisfaction and Quality are met.
