In this role, you will work with Diversity & Talent Mgmt. team to identify talent capabilities and gaps and development framework to address, and helps bring the D&I strategy to life through curriculum and tools.
In this role, you will maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports; assures timely and accurate program documentation; implements Network compliance plan; reviews correction orders; and implements compliance plans.
In this role, you will ensure superior customer service, liaison with M1, Sales/Revenue and the Catering Office, achieve maximum profits, and ensure the highest quality of product through effective cleanliness and maintenance program in all areas of responsibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing programs and events which provide socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities, educational and recreational programs, as well as spiritual life support based on the needs and preferences of the residents.
