In this role, you will develop and maintain an in-depth, comprehensive knowledge and expertise on the assigned product portfolio, including relevant upgrades and service supporting both installed base and new customers.
In this role, the successful candidate will participate in the creation of product launch plans and help ensure supporting product documentation exists such as- accurate sales collateral, product functionality Guides, implementation support documentation, etc.
In this role, you will develop critical milestone timing and tasks, and work closely with the various responsible parties (design, engineering, sourcing, marketing, purchasing, etc.) to ensure deadlines and action items are being met to allow for successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate with have solid Product Management experience in launching, relaunching or updating both iOS and Android customer-facing mobile app products focused on retail, ecommerce and social media/marketing, including shopping cart / check out / payment experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify areas of opportunity for business transformation, automation and process improvements to increase productivity, improve quality, drive down costs and make support easier.
This particular opening will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, field sales, marketing and support groups to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction are met.
