Plans, leads and manages the entire life of a product line from the identification of market opportunities through design development, product launch, market penetration and growth as well as the end of life phase.
This position is responsible for identifying, defining, and driving commercialization of new products working closely with Fairbanks Morses innovation and phase/gate processes, while interfacing with the Segment Business Leaders (Sales), Engineering, Marketing, Service, and R&D functions.
The Manager provides professional leadership for a Team Leader and a small team of Commercial Support Bankers located in two states. These Support Bankers are charged with providing high quality support for Wholesale Banking employees looking for information on all Commercial Policies, Procedures, Systems and Products (Including all Treasury Management Products).
Lead commercial input and deliverables related to new product development and lifecycle management including the target product profile, pricing recommendations, development of key claims, marketing strategy and analysis of project commercial value.

Collaborate with your team to develop and negotiate the best programs with new and current suppliers. Build a strong relationship with suppliers to uphold our quality and performance standards. Research and source new products that promote fresh ideas within established processes.
Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization; experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
