This position is responsible for leading Logistics efforts in coordinating and managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) inventory, usage and shipping in support of the LAIRCM Acquisition Follow-on (LAF) program and ensuring that program material handling requirements are met.
In this role, you will be responsible to compile, prepare, validate and submit all required import documentation to US Customs, and SCJ Import Broker for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for RD&E import shipments.
The Supply Chain Analyst supports the business by preparing, analyzing, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics; analyze, troubleshoot, make recommendations, and implement solutions within the business.
In this role, you will develop solutions to the physical distribution and operational planning functions through analysis, identification, and implementation of improvements that will optimize Total Delivered cost.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; analyze site capacities and forecasts to determine production capabilities to meet demand.
