Assist plant accountants in the day-to-day accounting tasks required at the plants.Facilitate and complete the monthly close procedures with the plant accountant. Including journal entry preparation, review, and posting.
This position will assume a leadership role to manage projects in support of the transfer of on-market products and the implementation of new products and manufacturing processes for a wide array of pharmaceutical products.

Leads and coordinates the activities of production/cooler supervisors, dispatchers/expediters, and other plant employees engaged in the production or load out of dairy products to ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met. Responsible for overall plant operations in Plant Manager's absence.
The business office team is responsible for the following critical areas: processing paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases, warranty contracts, DMV and Title Management, accounts payable, cash office administration and delivering exceptional customer service. Business Office Managers interact daily with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams.
Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. Important part of this role will be to secure required resources along with using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
Guides, directs and plans (manufacturing, production, assembly/molding) operations to achieve product fulfillment, quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and safety at the lowest possible cost.
