In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a support arm to Implementation and Onboarding functions, as a technical consult for Sales, and as the escalation point for support cases requiring greater technical investigation.
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with a strong fundamental background in a variety of networking technologies. This individual must have the ability to work on-call on a rotational basis, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
In this role, you will manage project planning, design / integration activities, network capacity planning, workload automation, private line provisioning, security infrastructure and Service Tower standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for the recommendation and implementation of network enhancements and changes as appropriate. You will maintain and monitor records of equipment failure and liaise with engineers and suppliers as necessary.
In this role, you will ensure the problems related to network quality, service degradation and capacity shortage are properly resolved, recommend and suggest action plan or escalate to the concerned parties.
Provide focus and rigor around high availability incidents, driving the incidents which are user impacting, high profile and / or multi - application through to resolution, while communicating the status to leadership.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide L1 and L2 and L3 support on network services: LAN, WAN , Wireless, IPSEC, Firewalls, DMZ, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Routing, IPv4 and IPv6, Qos, Wan Optimizer, Load Balancer, IDP, IDS, Web and Content filtering, DLP and Malware.
