In this role, you will manage all production associates, including Supervisors, across all shifts at a single manufacturing facility to meet designated productivity metrics, including labor costs, operational efficiency, scrap loss rates, and other measures to optimize profitability and meet demand.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Engineering department; manage and oversee all current program activities for the plant as well as any upcoming launches.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the department budget. Prepare business case, return on investment, and manage capital expenditure projects as well as associated consultants, contractors, and vendors with adherence to environmental, safety, and liability considerations.
Facilitate employees by way of conflict resolution, reviewing individual performance, and representing/participating at business meetings. Plan, manage and continually evaluate plant operation's in a manner which ensures high customer, employee, and shareholder satisfaction.
Responsible for the direction of employees to handle day to day facilities and building systems maintenance and operation. Oversees all repairs, preventative maintenance, building project management, capital equipment and negotiations of contracts and leases within annual budget.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timeliness, consistency, and accuracy in all audits and audit reports; assisting in the investigation of potential compliance issues.
