Negotiate and execute Competitive bidding activities (RFI/RFPs) and resulting commercial agreements, which include the use of Nestlés contract best practices for new relationships as well as improving older existing ones.

Directs and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in purchasing raw materials, scheduling of manufacturing operations, customer interfacing via inside sales representatives, personnel responsible for inventory control, warehousing and logistics.
Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards and identify project support and documentation requirements. Communicate the project to supporting departments and direct their activities to provide expertise as required by project scope and content.
