This position is responsible for gathering business requirements and creation of statement of requirements, functional specifications and technical specifications, as well as coding and testing of BI solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible to work directly with the Service Desk & IT Customer Service as an escalation point for production system issues, & assists in resolving or further escalating other related issues.
In this role, you will design and develop test plans to ensure that products meet design specifications. Provide input for testing, document and revise test procedures, process flows and quality standards.
In this role, you will comunicate the status of response, resolution and final root cause analysis to the appropriate stakeholders; support personnel investigations; ensure that all incidents are recorded and tracked.
