The Human Resource Manager is accountable for managing all Human Resource functions within Reyes Holdings Coca-Cola distribution division, including: implementing HR operational strategies; analyzing business information and leading HR and business project initiatives; proactively engaging in employee relations issues, managing candidate selection and employee development activities; and managing programs, policies and procedures in support of our business culture.
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative, technical, and professional work in administering and managing the plant Human Resources functions including compensation, recruitment, selection, benefits counseling, employee and management relations.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support global talent management including global policy on salary differential, visa and citizenship issues, expatriate and repatriation challenges and use of relocation policies.
Work with management to determine both near and long-term organizational talent needs. Partner with Corporate Recruiting to develop effective strategies for attracting, identifying and sourcing top quality talent.
Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Works with internal and external auditors to ensure appropriate controls are in place related to the HR function.
Create the people strategy and plan to successfully execute the strategy; partner across HR and with the business to implement solutions to close gaps and create competitive advantage (develop and implement workforce plans, initiatives, and solutions that drive positive employee and labor relations, support growth and drive business results).
