Work with management to determine both near and long-term organizational talent needs. Partner with Corporate Recruiting to develop effective strategies for attracting, identifying and sourcing top quality talent.
Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Works with internal and external auditors to ensure appropriate controls are in place related to the HR function.
The Human Resource Manager will manage the facility labor relations including functioning as a member of the negotiating team, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of labor contract provisions to safeguard the companys ability to effectively run its operations, participation in grievance resolution, discipline recommendations, and other related activities as required. Lead the contract negotiations for the respective plant.
Create the people strategy and plan to successfully execute the strategy; partner across HR and with the business to implement solutions to close gaps and create competitive advantage (develop and implement workforce plans, initiatives, and solutions that drive positive employee and labor relations, support growth and drive business results).
Participates in special projects and studies as assigned, which may include redesign of existing compensation programs, development of new programs and completion of ad hoc analyses outlining specific observations and recommendations.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support global talent management including global policy on salary differential, visa and citizenship issues, expatriate and repatriation challenges and use of relocation policies.
The Corporate HR Manager will be responsible for providing strong HR leadership to functional corporate client groups. Driving enterprise HR initiatives including; performance management/goal setting; talent management strategies; change management and partnering with COEs to ensure efficiencies of global corporate processes and procedures are adhered to.
