As a Human Resource Generalist at Plexus, you will play an integral role in partnering with team members and company management in facilitation of activities and programs to provide a high-performance, continuous improvement, engaging culture and to provide day-to-day operational administration and support for the Human Resources (HR) function.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited: employee recruitment, retention, and development; employee counseling/mentoring; employee relations and welfare; wage and salary analysis; workload coordination and scheduling; legal compliance; and policy, procedure and process development.
This position carries out responsibilities in functional areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, on-boarding, policy implementation, salary administration, and legal/regulatory compliance.
