The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic business partner to True Value Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Leadership teams to build solid working relationships and provide active support for all HR functions.
Communicates True Value policy on a variety of associate matters. Scopes and manages interventions and engagement initiatives. Helps managers address performance issues effectively. Coaches managers in necessary skills and develops improvement plans. Assists with conflict resolution.
The HRIS Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the Workday system for HRIS/Payroll/Benefits/Recruiting user needs and works with IT to ensure appropriate resources are deployed for projects.
The HRBP will partner with legal and compliance to coordinate the implementation of all employee-related services, policies, and programs, while assisting and advising their business leaders about Human Resources matters.
