Responsible for implementing and achieving the area cost budget; develops, communicates and executes to cost driven KPI's, drives behavior of staff to meet goals and expectations, develops and communicates countermeasures when KPI's are falling.
Manage all Branch Sales activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures; manage Branch Sales activities in a way that will achieve both short and long term goals of the Branch.
The general manager (Integrator) directs and coordinates activities of all departments, including sales, engineering, operations, finance, and HR, of the business organization and aids the President/Visionary in formulating and administering organization policies using the EOS system.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the team and streamlining processes; Change management, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements; Strong lean manufacturing experience.
Manages and controls all expenses attributable to inbound operations, outbound operations, transportation and distribution of products, equipment utilization and distribution center buildings and property.
Must have strong background overseeing mutiple plants and have demonstrated success to encompass manufacturing, operations, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, union negotiations, materials, profit and loss, and all other areas of operations.
Responsible for driving profit in the district through effective application of human resources activities; partnering with the District General Manager (DGM) and the district team, will act as liaison between employees, management and the HR function.
