The System Analyst serves as the liaison between a business unit and the technology development teams they represent. The SA takes ownership in their respective business unit by Analysis of technology solutions options, and understands the applications supported and their upstream/downstream impact.
The consultant will provide assistance with troubleshooting of upgrade related issues, addressing configuration/performance issues reported in test during functional testing, and resolving issues reported after production go-live.
Evaluates and analyzes a variety of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Act as the primary contact for the data management process between IT developers and the business.
Contribute as a global team member, or lead team member, to develop enterprise solutions. Represent the business by collaborating with all IT Teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Development, Service Desk) to ensure the solution meets business expectations.
Assist with various aspects of transactions involving low-income and historic tax credits including preparing the relevant application materials and structuring the credits to ensure the value is maximized.
Understanding and facilitating the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business counsel to support project teams across the enterprise.
