The Imaging Service Engineer II works independently on a regular basis, performing assigned maintenance, installation, repairs, adjustments, and calibrations of imaging equipment in assigned geography.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of field service support including; communications between customers and service department, detailed preparation of written reports and documentation, maintenance of job assignments, itinerary and schedule requirements.
The right candidate for the Service Engineer role is an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (or someone who has equal experience), has excellent time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment, and is able to cope with changes on the fly.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a support arm to Implementation and Onboarding functions, as a technical consult for Sales, and as the escalation point for support cases requiring greater technical investigation.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level second-tier product-specific technical information and support to internal and external customers. Advises and recommends solutions to customers while presenting additional products and services as warranted.
