Creates and maintains Company Unified Design Standards, which is comprised of Design Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, Architecture and Engineering Standards, Building Criteria, Specifications, and Technical Manuals.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production and productivity, driving solutions and implementation of process modifications to enhance quality, improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
The primary roles and responsibilities of this individual include the leadership, training, coaching, and oversight of the design, development and testing of electrical circuits, electrical assemblies including circuit boards & electrical boxes/panels, electrical networks, and integrated electromechanical assemblies such as motors, generators, and motor driven actuators utilized in the commercial and military Aerospace electrical applications.
Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, measures and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews; and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

This individual will be managing the engineering of a program team, tasked with supporting a motor-sports manufacturer. A motivated, selfstarter person is needed, who has the skills and vision to provide technical direction to the team across all engineering disciplines.
Responsible for all aspects of resource management, including, but not limited to, budgeting, capital planning, technical talent acquisition, resource planning, allocation, mid-year and yearly performance evaluation, mentoring/coaching.
Manages the parts lifecycle in partnership with the Engineering Platform teams and other Parts and Service teams (such as Marketing, Material Management, and Purchasing) with a focus on technical issues to ensure definition, contributing positively to the total cost of ownership targets.
