This role will require significant thought leadership, customer focus, marketing discipline, and analytical rigor. It also will serve as a major catalyst in helping to elevate multi-channel marketing for the organization via a data-driven marketing mindset. The organization is transforming its marketing to be more digital and forward-looking and this position is critical in helping to realize this vision.
Creating weekly and monthly newsletters for prospects and customers that provide actionable tips and insights to help them run their businesses, communicate the value of the companys products, and, for customers, encourage up-sell opportunities and utilization tips to enhance customer retention.
Be responsible for project management duties on multiple simultaneous customer - facing projects and be responsible for overall project success, from project scoping through implementation and completion.
