Manage all aspects of SalesForce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the major Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year) as well as regular internal SDLC process.

Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of managements budget, prepare and/or analyze carve-out financial statements, etc.
Identify, cultivate and manage high impact relationships with key prospects and major benefit consulting firms in the health & wellness marketplace including national practice leaders, individual consultants and their major clients.
Be responsible to ensure products and process meet and exceed expectations for all related regulations and customer and consumer standards; review quality programs at manufacturers and vendors to ensure finished product meets and exceeds quality standards.
Develop and leverage existing relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, direct marketing, and/or other business or social outings.
