Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the process of identifying, quantifying and managing the risks that an organization faces while applying it to the overall Bank Strategy. While it is impossible to remove all risk from the organization effective risk management requires a strong risk culture and risk governance.
Develop information, reporting and analysis to business lines as defined by agreed requirements. Includes creating stored procedures in sql, developing report and dashboards following departmental standards and presenting information solution to business users.
Conduct research on human resources issues, such as employment law, employee benefits and workers' compensation. Assist in preparing documents for real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
Assist the Director Mergers & Acquisitions in the identification, research, evaluation, due diligence review and integration of acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other business ventures on a global basis, across all business groups (K&B, Power, Interiors and Hospitality & Real Estate).
