The individual will support and collaborate with medical faculty, clinical staff and administrative support staff in patient care, day to day business operations, revenue cycle as well as teaching and research activities.
Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates. Must be able to effectively and efficiently interface and coordinate work with business partners in remote locations.
Requests changes to existing applications and tools by gathering requirements, gaining consensus of Operations team and Channel Managers, and working with Network Support team to implement, and ensures that communicated expectations are met.
Function as a liaison between the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that the solution being delivered the solution meets the intended purpose/business needs primarily through translating business requirements (the "what") into functional designs (the "how").
Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Serves as a liaison between engineering, quality assurance and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
Participation in the quarterly call planning and/or lead generation processes to ensure all business rules that are developed as part of the strategic decision-making process are appropriately interpreted and executed within our processes and systems.
The Business Analyst requires a thorough understanding of the current state of the organization to identify impacts from changes being introduced, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and to recommend changes related to implementing a new solution.
