The Business Development Manager Home Health is responsible for the promotion of ATI Home Health's services to referral sources in a geographic territory. The Business Development Manager will create and implement individual and overall strategic plans for growing the number of referrals and admissions.

The Business Development Manager ensures the meeting of the company's sales goals for the defined product group, to include retaining and/or increasing market share and sales and profit volumes, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
In close partnership with your Systems Engineer, leverage mid-market account selling strategies into a mix of install base and competitively held private companies in Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay. AKA, sell product, solutions, and services and kill your quota.
Intermediate analytical ability to read and interpret customer financials and sales results. Basic consultative ability to meet and advise customers on strategic and financial objectives to sell / teach the financial acumen of wholesale.
Focuses on thixomolding business development and thixomolding plant operations support; the Thixomolding Product Manager is responsible for identifying and developing engineering intensive, commercial/sales activities within targeted thixomolding accounts, working in conjunction with regional BDM and territory reps.
