The candidate will be a strong technical leader working on BI Report development and Data Integration projects, gathering & documenting requirements, performing analysis, designing solutions to meet business objectives, developing specifications, developing universes and reports using SAP Business Objects, developing ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter, testing, and implementing solutions.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies; experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
The Business Analyst works with a variety of technical and functional partners within the business to define requirements for application development, develops required documentation and communicates status in order to ensure business requirements are met.
Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and entities. Organize and manage resources and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters.
Builds reports and reporting dashboards in Oracle Business Intelligence (for Taleo and general HR Data) application to satisfy report requests, thoroughly testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.
Review and monitor all KPIs and be involved in discussion on how to grow and improve the business sections plans to improve the volume and profitability of assigned brands within established objectives.
Participate in integration and other design reviews together with User Experience Teams and application architects/developers to come up with the best balance of functionality vs. code quality vs. performance vs. delivery timing vs. work effort when integrating applications with a portal.
Serves as a computer technology expert for assigned functional applications to assist business lines with development and ongoing support. Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems.
