The Application Support Engineer will make independent, creative, and technical contributions to managing and maintaining applications within the HSA Bank infrastructure. In this role, you will perform requirements data analysis, data cleansing, assist users to acquire management approval, project management, design, configuration, conversion, implementation, support, documentation, and system interface support on multiple ERP systems.
In this position, you will provide tier 1 helpdesk for all issues related to US Army Logistics Information Systems. Provide both functional and technical support to customers both locally and dispersed throughout the geographic area. Primary support will be over the phone or using remote desktop support; however, traveling to customer sites is required as needed.
