This is a very critical role, central to all of our products and services and will be responsible for a range of duties that involve all the aspects of the user web experience, mobile experience and native application experience.
The UX Designer is responsible for creating and implementing designs which make human-computer interactions intuitive, easy, adaptive, consistent, and relevant to the task being performed. The UX designer must ensure that the design of a system not only satisfies the functionality that the user requires, but also considers the emotions that those particular pieces of functionality will invoke.
The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our professional team and clients to visually and creatively conceptualize, develop, complete and deliver rich user experiences (websites, dashboards, application/mobile UIs) across a variety of platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will be naturally creative and imaginative with the technical ability to translate our clients requirements into an engaging visual solution that is both appealing and intuitive for users.
Creates, evaluates, and modifies prototypes to support software application development. Develops user profiles and personas, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses.
Translate business requirements and insights into site maps, user flows, user scenarios, wireframes, interaction models and prototypes; support research and usability tests by developing interactive prototypes across multiple platforms.
Assists in defining software architectures Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the applications capabilities.
In this role, the selected candidate will guide the execution of the Experience Architecture (EA) strategy, including the high-level application and maintenance of the relevant components of the enterprise Operations Model.
