The SAP Program Manager is responsible for the development and management of project plans within the framework of Project Management Methodology within a specified region or as assigned by the Director of the PMO.
Experience related to employee selection, with particular emphasis on one of more of the following areas: test development/validation, job analysis, organizational effectiveness, statistical analysis/quantitative methods, and/or adverse impact measurement.
Responsible for coordination of all project plans, specifications, and the contract with owner, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, and all other project related documents.
Controls project scope, schedule and cost. Ensures that blueprint plan is being followed with each project. Provides thought leadership to the creation of project plans and facilitates workout sessions and key meetings.
The position will be responsible for the European fuels program development and operations oversight with a focus on business development, direct client interaction, EU team leadership, engineering / construction management, QA / QC policy adherence, and full coordination with overall Fuels Program Manager and Fuels Q / A Program Manager.
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to the Program Manager Supervises the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
