In this role, the selected candidate will develop requirements for complex process or system solutions within assigned business domain(s) by interfacing stakeholders and appropriate IT teams (for example, Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture) and leading junior team members in the development process as appropriate.
The solutions consultant is responsible for supporting customers in their successful adoption of the filemaker platform, from seeing their first product demonstration, to matching capabilities with requirements, to overcoming technical objections, to consulting and finding new opportunities for filemaker custom apps in their organization. Solutions consultants improve sales velocity for the filemaker business team and increase customer relevance throughout the sales process.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide tools and technical support to the implementation teams with the goal of enabling the teams to be as self-sufficient as possible in deploying code safely and securely to the shared environments.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans; identifies and shares leads/opportunities with sales reps and/or Product Specialists.
