The Endpoint Security Engineer SMTS is primarily responsible for engineering a comprehensive endpoint security configuration. This will be accomplished through the application of industry best practices, NIST/CIS standards and an intimate personal knowledge of desktop/endpoint security principles.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting Routing/Switching, wireless LAN controllers, VMware and VPN issues; onsite and remote troubleshootingNetwork layer 2 and layer 3.

The senior sales engineers will deliver product presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant secureworks solutions. They will coordinate with product marketing, product management and sales leadership to ensure that secureworks solutions are timely, appropriate and supported by strong sales tools.
