Develop an account plan for each strategic account, then own the execution of set plan to drive revenue goals and business objectives. Leverage sales techniques and approaches to deliver capability presentations, structure contract terms, etc.
The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
Performs analysis of the industry, consumer and competitor information and trends within assigned region; utilizes internal and external sources in order to provide timely, insightful and actionable information to marketing team.
Collaborate with Regional Director to coach and mentor Sales Leaders on achieving revenue and NOI targets. Include appropriate Community Manager team members whose focus is on the sales process to ensure unified and cohesive sales team in each community.
