The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy plan to maximize Penguin's opportunities in the HPC, Data Center and Scale Out market of the Southeast Region of the US.
In this role, the candidate will oversee a block of business or may develop new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership, direction and counsel working in collaboration with the business unit to complete and maintain a comprehensive two to five year business strategy for each assigned IDN/CSA across ENG product lines.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating channel partnerships with Hosting/Colo and ISP accounts and the cross selling of all Radware technologies including Server Load balancing, Web Acceleration and Application performance monitoring.
In this role, you will ensure regional data laws are known and local rules executed on all data management and strategy plans and ensure a tight interlock is in place between marketing and sales operations on all customer journey planning, to allow a trial/test and learn ecosystem to exist.
The Sales Manager will be primarily accountable for both managing existing accounts in the area and driving new business development efforts, as well. It will be about a 50/50 mix of both account management and new business development.
In this role, you will provide leadership and other management development courses as prescribed by the annual Learning Calendar to include classes for Team Leads (Salaried Supervisors), Line Leads (Hourly), and other management positions.

This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate collaboration between sales, marketing, and product management in the district, including specification and product specialists who may also work across the region.
In this role, the selected candidate will work at the direction of the District General Manager to improve execution on key quantifiable objectives such as EBITDA improvement, Service targets, Cost targets, Damage improvement and Accident and Injury performance.
