The Human Resources Manager is a strategic Business Partner responsible for providing Human Resources support to one or more designated Business Units. This support includes but is not limited to coaching, counsel, guidance, recruiting, employee/labor relations, on-boarding, compensation, benefit administration, succession planning, evaluations, organizational assessments, policy deployment, training, counseling, acquisitions and integration.

In this role,you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee recruitment, employee relations, personnel policies, total rewards programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to compile personnel records in accordance with corporate guidelines; additional duties will include preparation and review of requisitions, personnel actions, employee disciplinary, payroll, benefit and safety related data.
The selected candidate will analyzes and modifies compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Participates in and administers compensation and benefits surveys at the Madison facility.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets as well as recommending, planning, and implementation pay structure revisions.
