Coordinate, manage and facilitate all EWS organizational engagements, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, conference attendance, etc. Develop an overall strategy for organizational engagement opportunities, create and manage to an ongoing cadence and timeline, identify session charters and agendas, and manage session logistics, action items, and follow-up.
In this role, you will create marketing materials for forums, workshops, exhibits, and presentations including graphics, design, copy, image, and content of workbooks, table displays, booth exhibits, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, fact sheets, handouts, postcards, printed literature, giveaways, and other promotional items.
Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units. Train and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working Director to coordinate additional training as needed.

This position manages work of freelance writers and graphic designers to achieve Communications' goals. He/She researches and selects vendors and negotiates fees to ensure clear communication of the current strategic messaging direction and minimize costs. He/She with outside vendors for professional communications' services and manages deadlines to provide cost-effective and timely service delivery.
