Prepare, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, requests for information, change orders, material delivery logs and other as determined necessary for a successful project.
Inspects and supervises lower level inspectors performing routine to moderately complex inspections of roadway and structure construction processes and materials to assure compliance with the construction contract and other applicable guidelines.
Ensure alignment regarding all internal items including assignment of team, development of profile and codes, data warehouse requests for existing lines, updating existing lines with discount and new codes, etc.
Leads large and/or complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion. Coordinates project planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.
They are responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions.
