In this role, you will receive and review complaint emails from shippers and UPS managers to eliminate and resolve concerns arising from various issues (e.g., shippers documents not being properly imaged, incorrect billing, etc.).

In this role, you will plan and executes National Recycling Program and other operational compliance reviews assigned by utilizing appropriate audit methodology when performing observations, inspections, tests and analyses, gathering evidence, and evaluating results.
