Analyzes competitive market trends and develops, adjusts and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company sales growth goals as well as maximize market and product penetration (sales planning).
This is a sales position that exists to acquire and grow revenue in new sources through sales of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions in an assigned territory or industry specific vertical.
Conduct research and profile major markets within assigned area. Proactively work with commercial real estate agents to maintain a list of viable locations to be marketed to new investors, true value member or in some cases competitive members.
Working with marketing and distribution, utilize all promotional tools, including in-store signage, upcoming sunday ads, online promotion, masthead coupon promotion, e-mail and social media marketing, to maximize single copy sales.
The Account Manager is responsible for selling technical solutions and software into and developing new business within an assigned portfolio, consisting of large, complex and strategic accounts within a specific industry.
Create and implement effective account/territory plans that include; developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business; forecasting revenue; developing key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts.
