The Account Manager is responsible for delivering on the strategic engagement and day-to-day client management and campaign development and must be able to develop strong, lasting client relationships across their assigned Biopharmaceutical or Consumer Product client portfolio.
In this role, you must have proven experience in leading a vertical sales team on day to day operations, development of a strategy and multi-year business plan, collaborative teamwork, and delivery of customer success by working through partners.
Area Sales Managers are responsible for sales growth, price increases, new business, and contract administration. Candidates must have the ability to grow existing customers and convert prospects into profitable company customers.
In this role, the successful candidate will work with other IT vendors to resolve basic configuration issues that span multiple products; provide customized proactive technical content to customers on a regular basis.
In this role, the candidate will be using a Go to Market Sales Model- Driving Business Relevant /Customer Value Selling (engaging line of business and gaining sponsorship outside of IT), Strategic Account Planning, Business Disciplines and Challenger Sales strategies while ensuring alignment of current Area and Theater priorities.
This position will be responsible for collaborative work with Field Sales Management and District Sales Managers to execute strategies that support the acquisition of new contract business: The position reports the regional Sales Director and collaborates with both internal departments and external contacts at end consumers and distribution to align goals
